There are currently 31 members.

Group members have the opportunity to research a topic of their choosing and present their findings to the group.

Recent topics have included The Industrial Revolution in Wales, Art in the Georgian Period and an Introduction to the Middle Ages.

The most recent trip was to the newly refurbished Caerphilly Castle.

During the warmer months the group leader will organise a trip to a place of historical interest.
