We meet on the 2nd Thursday of the month at various venues. We do not meet in August or January.
We are friendly and welcoming. We have 2 coordinators, Pauline and Judith who arrange the lunches on alternate months.
We meet at the venue at 12.30. We ask for menu choices in advance allowing the venue to cater for a large group. Everyone pays separately. Sometimes it is necessary to ask for £5 cash on the day as we may have to pay a deposit. Members are advised of the venues via email.
We have 40 members in our group, however not everyone comes to all the lunches. Generally the numbers are around 15-20. We meet at different venues throughout the year. During the summer months we go slightly further afield.
